Ancient. Needs updated version number (directory name), or delete netscape part. Unable to assess advice to use BSDI version. (And do the unpacked ports still only take "15MB"?) >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: Quick edit. Sorry, no info for diff. Relevant bits of ABOUT.TXT: o WWW Resources: Our WEB site, http://www.freebsd.org, is also a very good source for updated information and provides a number of advanced documentation searching facilities. If you wish to use Netscape as your browser, you may install the BSDI version from ftp://ftp.mcom.com or simply type: # cd /usr/ports/www/netscape3 # make all install If you have the Ports collection installed on your machine. The ports collection may be installed like any other distribution and requires about 15MB unpacked. More information on the ports collection may be obtained from http://www.freebsd.org/ports or locally from file:/usr/share/doc/handbook if you've installed the doc distribution. Last of all, the tools directory contains various DOS tools for discovering disk geometries, installing boot managers and the like. It is purely optional and provided only for user convenience. > >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message
