It wasn't quite clear from your question exactly what you are looking 
for.  If you are looking for a (command-line) tool that will capture data 
from a RTP multicast stream (e.g., into a file), then you could try 
"playRTPMPEG" <http://www.live.com/multikit/playRTPMPEG.html>, although 
this works only for MPEG (audio or video) multicast sessions.

If the multicast session is being served by a RTSP server, then you could 
also use "openRTSP" <http://www.live.com/openRTSP/>; to capture the stream's 
data.
