Export control isn't an issue with PGP either: versions exist everywhere, so getting a copy within one's own country isn't a problem, unless, perhaps, you live with Big Brother. But, in that case just email me and I'll send you a copy. I don't really care if Uncle Sam, or Big Brother has a problem with it. :) I can run pretty fast, and I have a pretty good left hook.
