I'm running 4.2-stable, and tosha does indeed work there, and I use it rather than cdda2wav for cdda->mp3, for the same reason. Piped to gogo, I get conversion to 160kbps mp3 at 4X on a PIII 400MHz and don't abuse my hard drive with temporary wav files :-). So tosha does not work on -current? What are the symptoms?
