On recent CURRENT (FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT #187 r358294: Mon Feb 24 18:00:27 C=
ET
2020 amd64), port databases/postgresql12-client fails to compile due to the
error shown below.

(e.g. a /usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).
