How do you know?  Because it doesn't appear, because you get messages
back saying that it didn't work, or what?  This kind of information is
important.

At a guess, you don't have a resolvable name for your FreeBSD
machine.  Send me a private Email from it, and I'll see if I can make
sense of it.
