You can effectively 'supersede' and attachment by attaching a new change, and
setting maintainer-approval to +. Since the former attachment would not have
approval, it is enough of a clue for a triager/committer that the not-approved
attachment could be obsoleted (implicitly either by earlier date, or
explicitly, due to lack of approval)
