This is: CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ (1795.32-MHz 686-class CPU) Origin = "AuthenticAMD" Id = 0x20ff0 Stepping = 0 Features=0x78bfbff Features2=0x1 AMD Features=0xe2500800 AMD Features2=0x1 in i386 mode, and setting cpu frequency works in Windows.
