The Linux kernel mode, which must be enabled for Linux binaries to run, is now enabled. Linux mode can be enabled permanently with the linux_enable variable of rc.conf(5). Since it would be so trivial, is there a good reason why we don't automate (echo "linux_enable=\"YES\"" >> /etc/rc.conf), and similar additions from other ports? Checking a few other ports, none of them that I found do this either... Maybe there's a general principle I'm missing... :-) - Ryan -- Ryan Thompson SaskNow Technologies - http://www.sasknow.com 901-1st Avenue North - Saskatoon, SK - S7K 1Y4 Tel: 306-664-3600 Fax: 306-244-7037 Saskatoon Toll-Free: 877-727-5669 (877-SASKNOW) North America
