There is one thing that looks like an anomaly.
For each jail, should the master template basejail be mounted into it first, 
followed by /dev and anything else in there ?

/usr/jails/basejail on /usr/jails/cmm-php52-1/basejail (nullfs, local,
read-only)
devfs on /usr/jails/cmm-php52-1/dev (devfs, local, multilabel)
fdescfs on /usr/jails/cmm-php52-1/dev/fd (fdescfs)
procfs on /usr/jails/cmm-php52-1/proc (procfs, local)

Does it matter ?
