The only one worth getting IMO is Intel EXPX9502CX4
(INTEL 10 GIGABIT CX4 DUAL PORT SERVER ADAPTER)

It is low power and very fast, and works under FreeBSD.  Like all Intel 
NICs It supports interrupt modulation so polling support isn't really 
needed.
