I used stable-supfile with tag=RELENG_4 this time and
when I ran 'make buildworld' I got this error:

In file included from curses.h:77,

/usr/src/lib/libncurses/../../contrib/ncurses/ncurses/curses.priv.h:234,

Before when I used tag=. I got:

Should I try upgrading to 4.1.1 first?
