I've gotten all the correct files from sun, but the install fails. It was suggested, and I did try to reinstall the linux_base package, as this appeared to be where the install of the linux-jdk13 was failing. Now, after getting the linux_base files again, the install of it is failing, where its looking for GLIBC_2.2. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help out here.. otherwise, I'm poised to blow away -stable and go backwards to 4.5-R and a clean install, which I really don't want to do. The output from my 3rd attempt to install the linux_base is below. I've NEVER had this kind of problem before, on any version since way back in the 2.xx versions. If there is other info that would help, please let me know. Thanks..
