Hacking the WD driver to do PCMCIA. I believe this code is in PAO, but I don't have any laptop to test it out on. (Though I will in a few weeks, and I do have the hardware. But, I don't have the time to do the code.) > Anyone have performance numbers between PCMCIA and the serial interface? Serial == 115K. PCMCIA == hard-disk. How fast is your hard-disk to load a file vs. downloading a file over the network?
