You want to build a cross gcc.  Grab the gcc and binutils archives off
your local FSF archive and build them to cross to SCO.

The docco that comes with them sort-of covers this, the crossgcc mailing
list (send mail to majordomo@cygnus.com saying 'subscribe crossgcc') is
another good place to ask.
