When doing a make install for ghostscript (gnu or otherwise) I get the
following:

-----------------------------
x_.h:132: X11/Xproto.h: No such file or directory
x_.h:133: X11/Xatom.h: No such file or directory
x_.h:134: X11/Xutil.h: No such file or directory
x_.h:135: X11/Intrinsic.h: No such file or directory
x_.h:136: X11/StringDefs.h: No such file or directory
x_.h:137: X11/Shell.h: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1
-----------------------------
I know that at least some of these exist in
/usr/X11R6//src/xc/include/
I did an X11R6 install from cdrom - 2.1.7.
How do I get this straight?

Thanks,
Dave
