good day!!

what's the simple process of upgrading a freebsd system?..
i have a running system under freebsd-2.2.2 .. and want to upgrade it
to 2.2.5 .... i hate doin the manual process of installing 2.2.5 on a
dummy computer and then copying user files on it...

is there a simplified process for this?....
