I'm a new porter and have noticed a lot of things not in the handbook,
and learnt by looking at other ports or the ports mk files.

I will keep notes as I learn to make new ports, and will try to send
them as patches when I find some idle time.

The book may be incomplete, but I think it's more than enough info as it
is to get you well on your way to creating new ports.
