How does review D30099 pull in LLVM 12 exactly? I don't see that detail
anywhere in the patch. There doesn't seem to be any change to LLVM_DEFAULT,=
 nor
does the port have any dependency on another llvm port.

Maybe it's got its own vendored copy of llvm 12 embedded? That's awful of
course, but probably unavoidable if they're doing incompatible changes to i=
t.
