Subject: Build an install floppy for 2.1.6???

Ok -

I had put together how to do this in 2.1.0; but I just thought that
my "dup alloc" panic still occurs in 2.1.6 (which I have installed
on my primary machine.) Perhaps, if I can fix the problem there (or
at least get some nice diagnostics with some kernel printf()s); it
would go a long way toward getting it done in 2.2.

Can just an install floppy be made from the makefiles, or do you
have make an entire release???
