I am trying to install 5.4-Release on a fairly old (still meets requirements) Compaq Presario. Using Disc 1, the system seems to boot up fine until it reaches the line: md0: Preloaded image </boot/msfroot> xxxxx bytes at xxxxxx. The system then hangs with the floppy drive light on (making no noise). Not sure if there is anything I can change about my system to get it to boot and install, but I thought I'd see if anyone has come across this. Thanks.
