This unit seems to work well for what I need, but I would like to have it do a graceful shutdown on the machiens it supports when the battery is low. I found uppsd, and upsmon in the ports tree, but both of them appear to expect theUPS to commuincate using RS-232. Looks like my UPS has some more basic signals on it's "serial" port. Anyone have nay experience wiht these erliare units? Or pointers to more complete docs on eithr of these programs? Or other programs? Any help appreciated. -- Stan Brown stanb@netcom.com 404-996-6955 Factory Automation Systems Atlanta Ga. -- Look, look, see Windows 95. Buy, lemmings, buy! Pay no attention to that cliff ahead...
