Hi again,
I would like to add some important details: the system has panicked
after displaying 
RTC BIOS diagnostic error 20<config_unit>

Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode
...
fault code: supervisor read, page not present
...
panic: page fault

syncing disks... done
Automatic reboot......
