The pdflib3 library to dynamically generate PDF files is no longer developed
and supported. It's not possible to build the port since the dist archive is
vanished (as Bento reported). The actual supported version is pdflib4.

Just build the port.

Create the new pdflib4 port as reported in
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=33725
and update the dependences of ports which require it.
