  Properly call ldconfig from pkg_add and pkg_delete.
  
  I also noticed a libgif.so.3 -> libgif.so.3.0 link in /usr/local/lib
  so I thought it was this port adding it but when I installed it again
  it didin't reappear.  I wonder wth is going on....
