The problem is probably either:

1)	problems with UPAGE swapping.
2)	still a timing window for SMP.
3)	a subtile bug in page (or other resource)
	locking, that deadlocks the system.

I'll try to look into it, but I will be very busy this next week.  Thanks
for the feedback, and it seems to me that the code is getting very close
to being correct!!!
