I used custom, and the resulting /etc/sysconfig > contained hostname = myname.myhost.com or something of that nature. OK, I think it's pretty clear - there's something wrong with custom. It's unfortunate, since my highest testing priorities are the express and novice install methods and those both work. :-) Will fix. Jordan
