   time... :-)  But, wheiy is your natd_enable "NO"? I have mine set
   to "YES", The rest of the above, I agree with.

	I don't know why you have a natd.conf. What version of FreBSD
   are you running? 3.2 and above has this information in the rc.firewall
   file, and I see you have a firewall from above, with type "OPEN",
   which means it should be redirecting to the NATD port first.
