Hi folks,

Thanks to some hard work by Robert Drehmel, I plan on posting something
similar to the following to the -questions and -stable mailing lists
once a week.

For the sake of this example I've included updates to the FAQ made since
the beginning of March.  Ordinarily this would just include the previous
week's updates.
