    security/pam_ssh_agent_auth: unbreak on HEAD, STABLE/14
    
    After b15b39521644 systems with OpenSSL 3.x have the complete OpenSSL
    0.9.8 API avaialable once more.  This is slightly anticipating the MFC
    to STABLE/14.
