>Description:
The devel/qtcreator port adds /usr/local/lib/qtcreator as a library path, but when installed via portmaster using sudo, it creates this directory as the ordinary user who ran portmaster, not root.

This results in the message "ldconfig: /usr/local/lib/qtcreator: ignoring directory not owned by root" during boot.
>How-To-Repeat:
As an ordinary user, run "portmaster devel/qtcreator"
