I have two FreeBSD machines that I am trying to connect via a null modem cable. I can log in from one machine to the other but after I have entered my login on remote machine and try to issue commands, I get something like this: ... login stuff (b.t.w. the login I used did not have a password) .... # ls lM-s: Command not found. # ... Oh yea. I had to press ^J to end the line. The enter key just moved the cursor to position 0 on the same line. thanks, William
