I have two systems and both want to install math/atlas when I try to update octave. I have atlas-3.6.0_2,1 installed on both systems. ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on executable in : gnuplot - found ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on executable in : gfortran42 - found ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on executable in : gmake - found ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/perl5.8.8 - found ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on shared library: fftw.2 - found ===> octave-2.1.73_2 depends on shared library: atlas.1 - not found ===> Verifying install for atlas.1 in /usr/ports/math/atlas ===> Extracting for atlas-3.6.0_2,1 ... I don't know what might be the cause. What kind of information is necessary to diagnose what's going on?
