I have the following devices enabled in by kernel: device ppc0 at isa? irq 7 device ppbus device lpt device ppi device vpo # for my ZIP disk The irq is correct for my parallel port, however dmesg yields: ppc0: parallel port not found Is there something that I should be adding to my kernel? I have gone through the Handbook without success. The same dmesg results when using the GENERIC kernel as well. Thanks for your assistance...
