Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing new hardware
for our FreeBSD server. I would like to purchase
a Compaq Proliant ML530 with a Smart Array card.
The one from our supplier comes standard with a
Smart Array 5302 which is one of the latest ones
out, however it is not on the supported hardware
page yet. Has anyone got it to work? Compaq
does not yet outright support FreeBSD (but they
are getting closer) so there is not much info
on their web pages, however I did find the
following link:
http://linux.compaq.co.jp/bsd/product/hardware/pl_ml530/index.html
I just can't read which Smart Array's are supported.
Also, at the bottom of this page it mentions the
insight manager, does anyone have a version of
the insight manager that interfaces with FreeBSD?

Thanks in advance for any info.
