My mistake -- found the location a few minutes ago, and must have overlooked it previously (possibly due to spelling it ifdetach() instead of if_detach() :-). Apparently bpf likes to use bpfwhatever, and if likes to use if_whatever. However, if_ep also appears to require the patch. I've sent you email relating to your response to the commit message for the patch, in which I provide further details.
