I believe that the Cheap Bytes CD's don't have an El Torito boot sector on
them either.  It's not EVEN a big deal with the Linux Distro's (none that
I know are bootable from CD anyway), but with FreeBSD, it's enough of a
difference that I am getting the book and all 4 CD's.
