When I try to make install on ssh this is what I am getting....

You must set the variable USA_RESIDENT to YES if you are a
United States resident, otherwise NO.
If you are a US resident then this port must also fetch
the RSAREF2 library from sources abroad (RSA Inc. holds a
patent on RSA and public key crypto in general in the United
States so using RSA implementations other than RSAREF there
may violate US patent law).

rsaref2 has already been installed and my USA_RESIDENT = YES
I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. if someone could help me
it would be greatly appreciated! =)
