 AFAICS, the code is still the same and your patch applies, please submit a bug 
 report at bugs.kde.org. In fact, always please do submit bugs about KDE there 
 and notify us about working patches/workarounds on the mailing list or in PRs 
 - we just don't have the resources to bridge bug reports between FreeBSD's PR 
 database and KDE developers and bugfixes get effectively lost if only 
 submitted here.
