Are you sure there is such a bug? I just tried running nmap -sO between=
 FreeBSD 4.3-STABLE and OpenBSD 2.9-current boxes, in both directions,=
 without any of the boxes giving as much as a hiccup. Maybe this is with=
 older FreeBSD versions, but I don't have any of those anymore. :)
