In FreeBSD's handbook there's a link: ## 4.7.12. Changes to this document and the ports system ## ## If you maintain a lot of ports, you should consider following the FreeBSD ## ports mailing list <freebsd-ports@FreeBSD.ORG>. Important ## changes to the way ports work will be announced there. You can always ## find more detailed information on the latest changes by looking at the ## bsd.port.mk CVS log. to http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/share/mk/bsd.port.mk This needs to be changed to http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk because the file bsd.port.mk has moved in the source tree several weeks ago.
