The boot-manager BootEasy isn't actualy part of FreeBSD.
(You could use it without having FreeBSD.)
It lets you choose the partition from which to boot.
Something Like:
-----
F1: Dos
F2: BSD
Default: F2
-----
(The default is always what you used last.)
One important thing is: Install Win95 on the first partition and install it
first.
