To get the best results in configuring software, do not install from the
ports.  All the software you are looking are available at the following
sites.

www.apache.org
www.php.net
www.mysql.com

There is a cheat sheet on devshed.com that will help you.  The URL for
that is http://www.devshed.com/Server_Side/PHP/SoothinglySeamless/
