When you start SO and get question "do you want to register now", reply "no", then select menu "Tools"->"Macro..."->"Organazer.." select "Libraries" tab and enable all libraries (by checking checkboxes). Then re-enter registration mode (menu "Help"-> "Registration..". Maybe this will help (it worked for me).
