After trying the obvious things (pcm, snd0) I decided to look at the source code but was surprised to find the source code contains a file with no content: 25 odevices /usr/src/sys/i386/isa/sound >> ls -l aedsp16.c -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 0 Jan 1 08:17 aedsp16.c After reading in the same directory: 24 odevices /usr/src/sys/i386/isa/sound >> more Readme.aedsp16 Informations about Audio Excel DSP 16 can be found in the source file aedsp16.c Please, read the head of the source before using it. It contain useful informations. Riccardo Can somebody tell me if the source code really is missing?
