Descriptions from two authoritative Internet sources: o Ralf Brown's Interrupt List 02h XENIX root file system 03h XENIX /usr file system (obsolete) o Hale Landis, "How It Works" series 02 XENIX root 03 XENIX user Landis apparently obtained the official partition type lists from Microsoft and IBM in compiling his list. However, XENIX is fairly long defunct; so maybe this is just academic, though. Concurrent CP/M (aka CCP/M) was indeed a version of Intergalactic Digital Research's CP/M operating system.
