But I don't know how to copy the bin files without install it from the scratch. I bought a new harddisk of 8,4 gb. So there are 2 harddrives in my computer. I install the new drive with FreeBSD 2.2.1 as the old drive. I need to know : 1. How can I copy the /bin files from my 2nd FreeBSD CDROM to my /usr/bin/, since my /usr/bin/login has been deleted ? (I can not login to my server) 2. If I use the old drive as the main partition, how can I know the dev name of the second drive / File System (/dev/wd0s1, or wd0s1e, or ?) so I can mount it as my new partition ? Thank you.
