The ports framework is just glue to get it to install and deinstall in the canonical place. My computer isn't on the network at the moment so I can't see about upgrading the port right away. If you have any problems with it (e.g. weird errors) then send 'em to the emulation@freebsd.org so the Linux mode gurus can take a look.
