Done.  If this affects you, let me know, and I'll get you some patches.

Still to do.  However, I have updated sodipodi to 0.26 if people are
interested.

I'm going to add these components to my MarcusCom server.  They will be
committed to the tree when 2.2 goes final.

I also have to update xmps to use USE_GNOMENG and fixup the Mozillas.
There are also a few PRs lingering about that I will get to.
