I'm not 'in the loop' or totally privy but I seem to get the impression from what little I've read about the situation is it has been reported to both the company involved and postmaster. I think the last thing I recall was the company is expecting the list postmaster to 'fix' it, and have done nothing with the issue. Someone with more details may elaborate. Me, and my $.02, is that if it affected *my* ticketing system I'd do whatever I had to do to fix *my* ticketing system, irregardless of what other third party might be involved.
